Privacy Policy
CPQ Advanced Product Selector is a Chrome extension for Salesforce CPQ users. It helps authorized users search products, review quote context, run advanced bulk import matching, and add approved products to Salesforce CPQ quotes.
Information We Collect
The extension and related server services may process the following information only as needed to provide the extension's CPQ workflows:
- Account and user identifiers: Salesforce user ID, organization ID, name, email, username, division, and employee number when available from Salesforce permissions.
- Quote and product workflow data: quote number, quote ID, price book context, product codes, product descriptions, categories, brands, quantities, prices, and CSV rows submitted for matching.
- Extension usage data: install ID, extension ID, build ID, license status, feature usage events, timestamps, and limited operational logs.
- Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, request metadata, and server error information needed for security, licensing, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
How We Use Information
- To verify licensing and trial access.
- To detect the active Salesforce CPQ quote and price book context.
- To provide product search, filtering, advanced matching, and quote workflow features.
- To secure the service, block outdated builds, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
- To count active installs and understand authorized extension usage.
Remote Services
The extension communicates with https://cpq.keyhup.com/ for licensing, server-side product matching, usage events, and protected workflow services. The extension does not load or execute remote JavaScript code from the server.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. We do not transfer user data to third parties for advertising, creditworthiness, unrelated profiling, or unrelated purposes. Data is used only to provide, secure, and support the CPQ Advanced Product Selector service.
Data Retention
Operational records such as license, install, usage, and audit records are retained as needed to provide the service, support customers, prevent abuse, and comply with business requirements. Troubleshooting data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
User Control
Users can remove the extension from Chrome at any time. Administrators or license owners may request support, correction, or deletion of relevant account or usage records by contacting us.
Security
We use server-side licensing, protected matching endpoints, security build numbers, and access controls to reduce unauthorized use and protect service logic. No security method is perfect, but we design the service to limit access to the data needed for the extension's purpose.

For privacy questions or requests, contact the CPQ Advanced Product Selector publisher through the Chrome Web Store listing or the contact details provided during license purchase/support.
